In the 1996 fantasy-adventure film DragonHeart, King Einon is portrayed by David Thewlis as a once-promising prince whose heart is partially fused with that of the noble dragon Draco (voiced by Sean Connery). Instead of ruling with wisdom, Einon becomes a despotic and cruel monarch—twisting Draco’s gift into a symbol of domination. His betrayal forms the emotional and moral heart of the story, as former mentor Bowen turns against him in a battle to restore honor.
